80 Years of Pride: HMG Entrusted with Official National Celebration Gifts
Introduction The year 2025 marked a momentous milestone for our nation: the 80th Anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (1945 – 2025). It was a time for every Vietnamese heart to beat in unison with pride and remembrance.
For HMG Pop Up Paper, this occasion was more than just a celebration; it was a profound responsibility. We were deeply honored to be the chosen partner to design and produce the official commemorative gifts for this historic event.

A Thousand Messages of Patriotism
To mark this platinum anniversary, HMG was entrusted with a massive and meaningful task: producing over 1,000 bespoke pop-up cards.
This was not a standard production run. Each of the 1,000+ cards had to be flawless, serving as a cultural ambassador to the distinguished guests and delegates attending the celebration. The scale of the project challenged our capacity, but the significance of the event fueled our determination.
The “80 Years Signature” Design
The highlight of this project was the exclusive “80 Years Signature” design.
Our creative team worked tirelessly to encapsulate eight decades of resilience and development into a single, intricate paper structure.
-
Symbolism: The design featured the bold “80” numeral intertwined with iconic national symbols—the golden star, the lotus, and the rising landscape of a modern Vietnam.
-
Precision: Using advanced laser-cutting technology combined with meticulous hand-assembly, we ensured that the “80 Years Signature” popped up with structural integrity and artistic elegance every single time it was opened.
Spreading the Love for Country
At HMG, we often talk about “Happiness Energy.” For this project, that energy transformed into “Patriotism.”
We believe that love for one’s country can be expressed in many ways—through grand gestures or through the quiet dedication of craftsmanship. By pouring our hearts into these 1,000 cards, we aimed to proudly spread the love for our country to every recipient.
When a delegate opened this card, they didn’t just see paper; they saw a story of Vietnam a story of peace, growth, and enduring spirit.

A Milestone for the HMG Brand
Completing this order successfully is a testament to HMG’s “Spirit of Steel.” It affirms our capability to handle large-scale, high-stakes orders while maintaining the soulful artistry of a boutique studio.
As we look back at the 80th National Day, we stand tall. We are proud that a product “Made in Vietnam,” by Vietnamese hands, played a part in celebrating the glorious history of our nation.
